Yes, welcome to place a sample order to check quality or market.
2.How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
According to your order quantity, we usually ship by sea or by air and by express, 20-30 days by sea, 5-7 days by air and 3-5 days by express.
3.What's the sample and goods lead time?
The stock sample for 1 day, custom sample for 7-10 days, bulk order for 20-25 days.
4.How to proceed with an order?
Firstly, let us know your requirements. Secondly, we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly, the customer confirms the artworks and pays the deposit for formal orders.
Fourthly, we arrange the production & shipment, then you pay the balance to us.
5.Do you have any MOQ limit?
yes,the MOQ is 50 pieces but any trial order is welcome.
6.Is it OK to print my logo on the product?
Yes. Please provide the logo AI file so that our designer can make the mockup for your approval. The minimum quantity of customized logo is 100 units.
